At Monarch Haus, your appointment time is reserved just for you. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

 

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee based on the scheduled service total. 

 

We understand that emergencies happen, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate unforeseen circumstances.  However, this policy ensures fairness to both our clients and our specialists, whose time is thoughtfully dedicated to your care.
