Before you arrive
How early should I arrive?
Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to check in, change into your spa robe and begin feeling relaxed. Late arrivals may mean a shortened service so we can stay on schedule for every guest.
What should I wear?
Whatever is most comfortable. You can keep your bottoms and socks on; if you keep your bra on, we’ll ask you to lower the straps. You’ll get a spa bag with a plush robe, a soft body wrap and slippers (sizes up to 4XL), plus a bag for your belongings. Please remove necklaces and top jewelry before your service.
Should my hair be clean or dirty?
Either is fine. Your scalp analysis lets your specialist customize the experience however your hair looks that day.
Should I remove my makeup?
Not at all. Your face stays comfortably supported, and every service includes a steam eye mask for dry, tired eyes. If you’re having a facial, your specialist will guide you.

The time shown when you book is your complete experience from start to finish. Depending on the service, it includes:

Is this a quiet spa?
Yes. Monarch Haus is a peaceful communal space. Soft conversation is welcome; we ask guests to keep voices low and silence phones so everyone can relax.
What products do you use?
Innersense Organic Beauty for head spa experiences and Green Envee for facials. Both prioritize clean, high-quality ingredients for healthy hair, scalp and skin.
Will my hair be wet afterward?
No. If your service includes a blow-dry, you’ll leave with clean, dry hair that’s polished and wearable. It isn’t a formal event style.
Special situations
Can I have a head spa if I’m pregnant?
Yes. Our Nesting Ritual is designed for expecting mothers. Let us know when booking so we can recommend the right service, and check with your doctor if you have any concerns.
What if I have color-treated hair?
Our treatments are safe for color-treated hair. We use premium, clean products chosen to nourish your scalp and hair while helping preserve your color.
Can my friends and I come together?
Absolutely. We can treat up to four guests at the same time, perfect for a girls’ day, birthday or bridal morning. For something more private, ask about our Sunday Social Spa.
Can I book just a blow-dry?
Yes. The Crown Reset is a relaxing wash and beautiful blow-dry without the full head spa experience.
Gift cards & policies
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, online and in the spa. They’re a lovely gift for birthdays, bridal parties, baby showers or Mother’s Day. Buy a gift card.
How do I use my gift card when I book online?
You don’t need your gift card code to book. Just book your appointment as usual, and we’ll apply your gift card when you check out at the spa. Bring your code, or simply give us your name and we’ll look it up.
What is your cancellation policy?
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows may be charged for the reserved service. Full cancellation policy.
