Refund Policy

At Monarch Haus, we are committed to providing a thoughtful, elevated experience for every guest. To ensure fairness to both our clients and our team, we kindly ask that you review our policies below.

 

Refunds

All services at Monarch Haus are non-refundable.

If you are unsatisfied with your experience, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We are happy to review your concerns and, if appropriate, offer an adjustment.

 

Gift cards

• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

• Gift cards may be applied toward any Monarch Haus service.

 

Packages and prepaid services

• All packages and prepaid services are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Expiration dates (if applicable) will be honored as stated at time of purchase.

 

Appointments and cancellations

At Monarch Haus, your appointment time is reserved just for you. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee based on the scheduled service total.

No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total and may be charged up to 100%.

We understand that emergencies happen, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate unforeseen circumstances. However, this policy ensures fairness to both our clients and our specialists, whose time is thoughtfully dedicated to your care.

Late arrivals

If you arrive late, your service may be shortened to respect the time of other guests. The full service price will still apply.

 

Right to refuse service

Monarch Haus reserves the right to refuse service if contraindications or health concerns are present that may compromise the safety of the guest or practitioner.

 

Policy agreement

By booking an appointment with Monarch Haus, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined above.
