A legal disclaimer
At Monarch Haus, we are committed to providing a thoughtful, elevated experience for every guest. To ensure fairness to both our clients and our team, we kindly ask that you review our policies below.
Appointments & Cancellations
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service.

No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your service may be shortened to respect the time of other guests. The full service price will still apply.
Refund Policy
All services at Monarch Haus are non-refundable.
If you are unsatisfied with your experience, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We are happy to review your concerns and, if appropriate, offer an adjustment.
Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Gift cards may be applied toward any Monarch Haus service.
Packages & Prepaid Services

All packages and prepaid services are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Expiration dates (if applicable) will be honored as stated at time of purchase.
Right to Refuse Service
Monarch Haus reserves the right to refuse service if contraindications or health concerns are present that may compromise the safety of the guest or practitioner.
