We're so excited to welcome you to Monarch Haus Head Spa. Whether it's your first visit or your tenth, here's everything you need to know before you arrive.
At Monarch Haus, we believe luxury isn't measured by how many minutes someone is touching your hair—it's how you feel from the moment you arrive until the moment you leave.
Every detail of your visit has been intentionally designed to create a restorative experience. From your personalized scalp analysis to your final blow dry, each step serves a purpose. We don't rush treatments, and we don't skip the moments that allow you to truly slow down.
Our goal isn't simply to wash your hair—it's to help you reset.
How long are the services?
The time listed when booking reflects your complete Monarch Haus experience from beginning to end.

Rather than rushing from one step to the next, we've intentionally designed every service to feel unhurried so you can fully disconnect and relax.
Please note: Treatment components vary by service. The services page outlines what is included in each experience.
How early should I arrive?
Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment.
This allows plenty of time to check in, change into your spa robe, and begin your experience feeling relaxed.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened service so we can remain on schedule for all guests.
What should I wear?
Wear whatever makes you feel most comfortable. You are welcome to keep your bottoms on as well as socks. If you choose to keep your bra on we will ask you to take down the straps.
When you arrive, you'll receive a spa bag containing a plush robe, a soft body wrap, and slippers to wear during your visit.
You'll also have a designated bag to keep your personal belongings with you throughout your visit. Before your service begins, we simply ask that you remove any necklaces or top jewelry for your comfort.
Our goal is for you to feel relaxed, comfortable, and completely cared for from the moment you arrive.
We proudly offer robes and body wraps in sizes up to 4XL, so every guest can relax in comfort throughout their experience.
Should my hair be clean or dirty?
Either is perfectly fine.
Many guests arrive several days after washing, while others come with freshly cleaned hair.
Your scalp analysis allows your specialist to customize your experience regardless of how your hair looks that day.
Will my hair be wet afterward?
No.
If your service includes a blow dry, you'll leave with clean, dry hair.
Please note that our blow dry is designed to leave your hair polished and wearable. It is not a formal event style.
Should I remove my makeup?
Not at all.
Your face remains comfortably supported throughout your service. Every service includes a steam eye mask that helps with dry, tired eyes.
If you're receiving a facial, your specialist will guide you through everything.
Can I receive a head spa if I'm pregnant?
Yes!
We offer experiences specifically designed for expecting mothers.
If you're pregnant, please let us know when booking so we can recommend the most appropriate service.
*Best to double check with your doctor if you have any concerns about recieving a head spa service.
Is this a quiet spa?
Yes.
Monarch Haus is designed as a peaceful communal experience.
Soft conversation is welcome, but we kindly ask guests to keep voices low and silence cell phones so everyone can fully relax.
Can my friends and I come together?
Absolutely.
One of the things that makes Monarch Haus unique is that we can accommodate up to four guests receiving head spa services at the same time.
Whether you're planning a girls' day, birthday celebration, bridal morning, or simply catching up with friends, we'd love to host you.

What if I have color-treated hair?
Our treatments are safe for color-treated hair.
We use premium, clean products selected to nourish both your scalp and hair while helping preserve the health of your color.
What products do you use?
We proudly use Innersense Organic Beauty for our head spa experiences and Green Envee for our facial services.
Both brands prioritize clean, high-quality ingredients that support healthy hair, scalp, and skin.
Can I book just a blow dry?
Yes!
Our Crown Reset is the perfect option if you're looking for a relaxing wash and beautiful blow dry without the full head spa experience.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes!
Gift cards are available online and in-spa and make the perfect gift for birthdays, bridal parties, baby showers, Mother's Day, or simply treating someone special.
What is your cancellation policy?
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
No-shows may be charged for the reserved service.
